Lawyer at the Rwanda Bar. He is egistered at the rwanda Bar since Juin 2021, member of the firm since 2020. Holder of a Master 2 in business law from the University of Douala in Cameroon during which he wrote his Master 2 thesis on the problem of restructuring microfinance institutions in difficulty. Before starting his legal internship, he previously obtained a post graduate degree in law practice called Diploma of Legal Practice at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development. Subsequently, he obtained numerous certifications including the Legal and Practical Framework of Public-Private Partnerships of France Digital University, also in law and environmental protection, in sustainable development from SENGHOR University together with the Organization Internationale de la Francophonie and the Institut de la Francophonie for Sustainable Development 2020 session Born in Cameroon and of Cameroonian nationality, Me Jorèse Landry MOUGOUE practices in French, English and Spanish in all areas of law practiced by the Firm.
